MS Office and Translation Tools: Effective use of MS Office applications and proficiency in CAT (Computer-Assisted Translation) tools.
Job Description:
Precise and High Quality Translation: Providing accurate and high quality translation services in various fields, especially legal, technical, commercial, scientific and literary texts.
Terminology Management and Research: Using the correct terminology in projects and, if necessary, conducting field research to find up-to-date and accurate terminology.
Text Editing and Revision: Reviewing translations meticulously to ensure consistency in terms of style, terminology and accuracy.
Customer Communication: Understanding client expectations, managing translation projects in line with their needs and coordinating delivery processes.
Quality Assurance: Taking an active role in quality control processes to improve translation quality and ensuring that translations meet the highest standards at every stage.
Keeping abreast of industry developments: Keeping up to date with the latest developments in translation and linguistics and keeping professional knowledge and skills up-to-date.
